We don’t know yet. Its easy to toss out a Christmas list of everything like a kid only to miss the mark.
We’d rather not cliff hanger you like that.
Frames will be designed as a DIY kit like our other frame but we will also offer the full turn key package and everything in between just like we do now.
We will try to avoid body modifications but no promises.
We will tackle both, the C2 and C3 Corvettes. With luck it should be a small design difference between the different bumpers and rear body mount. If so then that will allow us to stock them easily without a bunch of custom parts for each year.
We will do the C4 Suspension front and rear. It’s the right price and was really close on the wheelbase right off. It offers a lot of “performance per dollar” advantages over the OE suspension.
We will probably do a C5/6/7 front suspension for Wide Body Cars. This will be for guys who want wide body cars only. No specifics on the width yet but think C6 Z06 front width or wider if you want bigger tires. We won’t narrow the suspension so stock rack and sway bars can be utilized.
We MIGHT do a C5/6/7 rear if we can figure out an affordable CV shaft and center differential package.
We WON’T do the differential adapter like we did in the past. If you think about it the pinion gear is on top of the ring, not the bottom like any other diff is. This means your drive shaft must move up into the car by 6-8 inches and there just isn’t room for that. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Yes we will only do Coil Over Shocks. We will not use the leaf springs. The C8 got rid of them, and you need the ability to tune your car when its done. The OE Leaf spring won’t truly allow independent spring load VS spring rate tuning.
